"As a small pest control company with just two owners, three technicians, and no office staff, we needed a CRM that wouldn't slow us down. Blu Star was the perfect fit—we learned it quickly while working in the field, and even managed a seamless data conversion from 'PP' without losing any data. It's been a game changer for our productivity. I recommend Blu Star for any pest control company looking for easy-to-use software that will make a real difference in your daily operations -- regardless of size."

"When my dad became terminally ill and I was abruptly thrust into the owner’s chair. Blu Star Support was there and helped me transition quickly. They respond quickly and professionally. I’ve never been charged for any requested improvement either. They are a true partner in my business."

"Our growth as an organization can be directly tied to our continued use of Blu Star Systems. Since implementation, our organization has seen incredible results in the field and the office. Our technicians love the mobile features and our CSRs love the easy-to-understand layout of the web version. The customer support is unparalleled. An easy-to-use Guided Tour is built into the program making training new employees simple. Our commercial customers love the online portal, which provides access to all the crucial data points they need to stay compliant with their audits. They are a true partner in my business."

"We switched to Blu Star 2 1/2 years ago after a long run with PestPac, and we are very thankful we made the decision. I have never experienced a software company willing to invest time to tailor their software so it works for us -- even though it may not benefit their other customers – before Blu Star. The people behind Blu Star are very good at listening to us, considering our needs, and responding quickly with timely software updates. They continue to make Blu Star even better. And conversion was less of a problem than I imagined it would be. We are so thankful to have found Blu Star, and their competent and friendly staff. They’re so friendly, we could even call them Southerners."
